Grosvenor - Project Director

In my role as client Exec Project Manager I managed delivery of South Molton Triangle, which is divided into five sub-projects. The largest is the office led North and South block which is a JV. I oversaw design and procurement and left the project in early 2024 with McGee having just commenced works via a two-year Demolition and Enabling Contract.

I was client Exec Project Manager and joined the project in the early stages of construction. I saw it through site challenges and coordinated handover to Adidas and JV Asset Managers.

I worked as client Exec Project Manager to oversee Stage 2 design onwards which included planning, procurement and contract negotiation. Once in contract, I left the project.

My role was client Project Manager and I was involved from final tender negotiation through to PC, again coordinating handover to Asset Managers and assisted with leasing queries and fit-out.

Acting as client Project Manager, I joined with 6 months to PC and ensured a smooth handover from Sir Robert McAlpine to Grosvenor.

I was a consultant Project Manager, acting client side for ADAC, and overseeing a fast-tracked design for the major cut-and-cover tunnel and station box for the APM.
