Integrated Delivery Plan
Arup - Project Manager
While working as a consultant Project Manager at Arup, I developed an "Integrated Delivery Plan" for the transformation of Croydon Town Centre including the integration of 2.8m sqft of Grade A office space, 9,500 new. The plan included centre-wide phasing plans and a Construction Logistics Plan, all brought together on an interactive web-based dashboard.

While working towards ICE chartership, I arranged a secondment (swap) to work as a Structural Engineer in the Buildings Engineering London team at Arup.
2012
Over 14 months, I worked on a variety of projects from RIBA stage B to F. The range of projects varied from laboratories to biomass plants, and also included international work on design codes and seismic training for P&G.
